I have been seeing Pauline for 3 years. Although I live 45 minutes away, I go out of my way to seek her financial advice. She is utterly professional and knows what she is talking about. She has a customer for life.
For someone who is suppose to be a professional Pauline spoke very poorly to my husband whilst he was trying to understand how the tax process works for people in his industry. Nkt only that when we asked a question about claiming over night allowance etc she very abruptly said she refuses to claim that for anyone her reason was fair however once she finished her reasoning she handed back my husbands paper work rudely and pretty much told us to go regardless of us wanting to continue to use her service. We will never use her services and i would not recommend her services to anyone especially those who are just getting the hang of taxes and finances.
