Went in to get a full set of acrylics costing me $80!! Came out with different length nails, bumps everywhere (even the girls doing nails were complaining how they need new acrylic brushs because the ones they were using were bad). I had crooked thumb nails which the next nail tech girl had to fix at Boss babes which have never let me down since! Highly recommened! I was overall very disappointed with Tcoy or beauty attractions and rang up to speak to the manager about it which she wasnt in left my name and number to get back to me and never did! Clearly customer reviews arent that important..
I was content with the express facial treatment I recieved. The products smelt nice and it was relaxing. At the end of the treatment I was informed I needed to think about anti-aging and to improve the collagen. I was then encouraged to purchase numerois products ranging between $60 - $82. I was quite offended by this. I thought this was a rude and inappropriate comment made by the staff member. I have been told by numerous people that I do not look my age, in fact, they said I look 5-8 years younger than the age I actually am. I will not be going back for any other treatment.
Don't get SNS nails here. They don't have the trained staff for it. Only 5 colours to pick from and then covered it with a gel coat which completely defeated the purpose of SNS. It peeled off a few days later and looked awful. My nails were a heap of different shapes (some round, some squoval etc) and lengths were different and nails bulgy. The girl doing them professed to me "vanessa is so much better at this". When I provided her advice or requests she didn't follow it. Made a total mess of my nails. I made several suggestions when I saw her making mistakes, she said I promise it will be fine and kept going and they were awful. She accidently melted my fake nails off then hurriedly stuck new ones onto uneven bases. When I pointed out that there were gaps in the nails she stuck extra glue into the gaps. It was horror after horror and by then I was already to deep in to say I can't go ahead. There was paint all over my skin/nail bed I had to pluck off. I was miserable the whole 2 and a bit hours it took to do my nails. Way too long, no training for the poor girl. I should not have to go home after hiurs at a dalon getting nails done, and havr to clean them up and remove the platic chunks under my nails. Everyone at work said they were awful. Not her fault, management fault for not ensuring quality. We were both miserable. Never coming back.
Just got my ears pierced here a few days ago. Such a lovely relaxed atmosphere with a very professional piercer.
