Disgusted. Price we were charged for parts was almost $200 more than quoted--without any warning or clarification. This was in spite of them calling us to say the parts had arrived and dropping the car off in person. One of the services performed was also charged at $60 more than quoted--also without any warning or clarification. They quote low then charge whatever they want and hold your keys at ransom till you pay the bill. Be warned!
Very disappointed with ultratune. I was quoted one price over the phone then charged $250 more without a phone call to notify me of the price increase. They did apologise for their lack of communication but still charged way more than was quoted anyway. Make sure you get a written quote before comencing any job. Don't take their word for it. I won't be going back anytime soon. Very unprofessional and no compensation for their mistake.

Was a very long way from home when our car broke down. We took it to Ultratune Gawler & was very well looked after. The guys there were very helpful & had us back on the road within a few hours. I highly recommend these guys. A very happy customer.
