Good range of products, however there aren't as many cat or dog things as there used to be, more of a focus on aquatics, a bit on reptile and some things on pocket pets. Still OK service, staff are always friendly but not often asked if I need help unless you approach the counter
Literally told I was not allowed to buy a damn fish because the tank which is 30L was not big enough. How much room does a gold fish need. This has happened more than once. I don't think the staff have studied fish and have no knowledge. What business says no to having an item bought. It's not like I'm going to put the fish in a bird cage. Will not be going back... Also always constantly asked the size of the tank and what fish is where. Mind your business and sell me a fish. If they had their way every fish would be in a 60L tank by themself. Just another store that will close down in Gawler.
Friendly and helpful staff, offering good advice and quick service. A good variety of pet items, depending on what you're after. Wheelchair parking and access is available.
The staff at this shop are always so helpful and give me great advise.The store is well laid out and always spotlessly clean I would recommend this shop to every one.
Love this shop. Have never been given bad advice and have always had great service. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Your animals are welcomed in on a lead and will get a free ear rub by people who genuinely care about animals... ESPECIALLY dogs and cats and birds and and and !! ! :-) if they don't have what you need in store, then they get it in or source it for you... totally recommend Gawler store! :-)
