Service is SO so slow. I get other peoples mail often. It is also frustrating getting ID checked every single time when the po box is in my name, opened by my one key, to collect a parcel with my name on it. I dread comming here.
The staff require far better training on the products and services they provide, especially when it comes to passport applications, extremely poor don't waste your time.
Terrible customer service. Waiting times are inexcusable, many times the line is out the door while the staff chit chat or stack shelves. Packages often go missing or are delivered to the wrong PO box.I have made complaints to Australia Post head office but still no change.I no longer use this post office. Fed up.
I took my son here for a Passport application. The lady was very helpful and friendly. This is the busiest Australia Post I've been to. It can take some time to be served. Donna is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate she held a parcel for me. I also appreciate she explained early morning pick up, so now I can get my parcels after 7am!They do have a variety of gifts, books and stationary. But I do miss the collectable coins that used to be displayed in a cabinet.
