I am absolutely gob smacked by the muck around your credit union causes people trying to gain any sort of credit.Constantly jumping through hoops to no where!!I am disgusted; I applied just to increase my credit card by $6000 and the man on the phone who did the assessment said it is all affordable and good to go, so then a Sandra from the Elizabeth branch told me to bring in all my payslips etc.I had to keep putting up with the branch phone ringing out constantly to try contact her back at anytime.And after all different documents re quired; dragging on for 7 days she rings me and says sorry it's unaffordable for you, WHAT!!!! - I have a fulltime job with the Government, minimum of 60k a year for over 3 years.- Have two properties through you with over 70k equity.- $3000 savings.- Paid off my $30,000 Vehicle in cash.- I have my employment income, child support, family tax and my rental income and it's unaffordable in your eye's PLEASE EXPLAIN.Why do you discriminate against clients having mortgages, shouldn't it be a bonus knowing they have saved the deposits NOPE IT'S A LIABILITY APPARENTLY ACCORDING TO PEOPLES CHOICE.... Would rather give people who rent credit not home owners, seriously what a joke.I will be moving both my mortgages after this experience...Your bank isn't going to assist people who have goals to purchase more properties geese you can't even approve me a tiny 6k.I will be publicly warning people at work etc of this if something is not done because it's outrageous you get peoples hopes up, drag them through hoops for a week then say sorry no deal.Are you kidding me.I probably have more money left over then most after my pay.Jenna
