Very friendly little pharmacy. Definitely what you're after in a local business. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and they price match on prescriptions, which is incredibly helpful for the pocket. Keep up the great work!
This has been "My Local Chemist" for at least 3yrs now.Although i was really hesitant at having to change from my old Chemist because I'd been going to the same one for approx 10yrs.I always believe in using the same chemist & knew i had to build up a relationship with the staff too.So when I moved to the Gawler area,i simply had to search for a new one that was just a pleasant.My 1st choice was a small chemist on Murray st.That was a terrible disappointment unfortunately. The staff were friendly but one of the Pharmacists wasn't keen to show the same consideration.Next,was Health E Advice.Was sceptical in the beginning. But after actually introducing myself to the Pharmacist & explaining my medications,health etc.I loved it.They were even happy to offer me the matched lower price that my previous Pharmacy were doing.After being a regular customer for only a few months,i was 100% happy with the Pharmacists,the staff,they're all so friendly & helpful. And know/recognize me now as one of their own regular customers,which is exactly what I was looking for again.And after being diagnosed with Multiple Chronic Heart Diseases in December,they were so kind.I was able to use a Mobile phone App that they were offering to make ordering so much quicker & easier,it even organizes all of my meds i have to take with alarms to remind me to take my meds & so much more.So,I love this Pharmacy & all of the staff so much & would give an even higher rating than 5's.I definitely highly recommend you try it out.Especially if you have disabilities that require that little bit of extra time,patience & help too.
