Terrible customer service. Only in town for the morning (as i live 400kms away) made sure i was in before closing (online showed 12pm on Saturday) waited patiently for about 20 mins while a number of staff came to the BASS outlet counter & all avoided eye contact. Eventually one staff member asked me if i was waiting? Very observant! When i replied yes i would like to collect tickets purchased online, her reply was that 'we are very busy'.. although it did not seem so to me. She said that there was only one staff member on that knew ANYTHING about the ticketing & she would be busy until around 3pm & could i come back? I looked around & the staff member in question was selling mascara to a customer. I mentioned that i had seen online the store closed at 12 & was told that was incorrect & with that the staff member walked off. I left & at around 2pm phoned to check if i came back in (leaving the event i had travelled over for) would anyone be able to assist me & was told , Sorry our ticketing closes at 12pm!! What a completely useless service
Since changing to chemart the pharmacy has been useless. Never the same staff twice and keep you waiting three times longer than before. They've had a second and third chance but my patience is at an end with them.
Terry white chemmart Gawler is a great chemist. Staff were very helpful in selecting the right product for me. There is a great range of products available to choose from and they are well stocked. Will be returning here for all my pharmaceutical needs in the future. Also found them to be priced fairly. Probably one of the better pharmacies in the Gawler region.
I enjoy the wide product range of my favourite makeup and fragrance brands. The clinique, estee and Napoleon service and advice is always really friendly. Thank you for doing my makeup for my birthday!
